What will be your missions?

You will work within the global Solution Engineer team, reporting directly to the Solutions Engineer Director. In this position, you will sell the business value and technical capabilities of Wiiisdom to data leaders, business analysts, line-of-business stakeholders, and IT teams, demonstrating how Wiiisdom delivers against their goals for analytics governance.

This position may be located anywhere in North America and can be remote. However, the candidate must have easy access to transport so they can travel locally or internationally as required.

What will you be doing? 

• Develop and deliver Wiiisdom product demonstrations that range from standard to custom.

• Lead guided evaluations and proof-of-value engagements for customers and partners.

• Address customer inquiries about technical capabilities and platform architecture throughout the sales process.

• Actively participate in internal forums, sharing and documenting use cases, best practices, FAQs, and other relevant knowledge.

• Present at conferences, industry events, user groups, and webinars, showcasing our products and establishing thought leadership in the industry.

• Capture product feedback from customers, identifying feature gaps and market needs. Help shape the product roadmap to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with customer requirements.

• Promote and evangelize new products and features. Drive adoption by effectively communicating their value proposition, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Wiiisdom, contributing to deliverables that have a measurable impact on business outcomes.

What do you need to have?

• Experienced. 5+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting function for Tableau or Power BI.

• Technical. Proficiency in most of the following: Tableau or Power BI, analytics and business intelligence, database concepts (Data Warehouse, Datamart, ETL), BI development/governance processes, BI testing, on-prem vs. SaaS architecture, and basic SQL.

• Language. Fluency in English is required. French would be a plus.

• Willing to Travel. Open to occasional travel, both domestic and international.

What will be the hiring process?

If your application is successful, you will receive a first call from our CEO. If both sides agree to move forward, you’ll then have four interviews with our Solutions Engineering Director, VP of Sales, VP People and CEO.
