What will be your missions ? 

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Power BI domain within the Wiiisdom Cloud Platform (WCP). You will join a strategic program bringing together four development teams to deliver a cloud-native platform trusted by large international enterprises to govern and improve their analytics environments. Working hand in hand with Product and UX/UI, you will turn customer needs into secure, high-quality solutions, support customers and internal teams, and grow an autonomous, customer-focused engineering culture.

What will you be doing ? 

• Break down and deliver product ideas with security built in from the start.

• Organize Threat Modeling workshops.

• Orchestrate Power BI-related Lvl2-3 support tickets and troubleshoot calls.

• Contribute to the release quality process.

• Build a project culture grounded in customer empathy, autonomy, proactivity, and technical excellence.

• Identify improvement opportunities and introduce tools that make the team more effective.
